About Kelly Pournoor

Kelly is a Seattle native. For a number of years, she taught at some of Seattle's most challenging high schools, earning many accolades from both her students and her peers. Prior to her teaching career, Kelly volunteered in Mexico and Costa Rica with the Amigos de las Americas Program advocating community health and education in rural areas.

Professional-Team Approach

Emphasizing a "client-centered" approach, Kelly endeavors to educate her clients about the selling and buying process while stressing each client's individual needs. She enjoys real estate and is easy and fun to work with. 98% of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients. Although most of her work is in north Seattle, she goes where her clients and referrals need her to go. She has listed and sold numerous properties on the east side and has traveled as far north as Everett and as far south as Des Moines. Kelly works with a team of professionals including a transaction manager and a home builder. As one of the most trusted agents in the industry, Kelly will do what it takes to get the job done well.
